Sunday Zouk Lab and Social

🌟 What is Zouk Lab?
Discover the magic of Brazilian Zouk in our unique Zouk Lab, where dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced, come together for a level- and gender independent workshop as well as a social dancing with assisted practice.
This is the perfect place to practice your moves, learn new ones, or improve your technique and musically.
The teacher(s) will circulate between the participants and provide personalized feedback, introduce new moves, and refine techniques.
After the workshop, we will turn on the ambient light, turn up the sweet zouk music, and dance the night away.

50 kr (cash or MobilePay at arrival)

18:30 Doors open. Free dancing.

18:45 Guided Common Warm up
& Workshop w different Themes.

20:00-22:00 - Social Dance
(optional with Assisted Practice).

Go to Kapelvej 44. Go around the main building to the backyard building as shown in the image below, and you can scan your Danish Health Insurance card to open the door. (Take at look at the map at the debate wall)

😃Hello and Welcome 🤗

I have been dancing Zouk for 8 years by now and have more than 35 years experience in teaching music and latin dances.
Have been Zumba Fitness Instructor and full time teacher in my own “SalsaFritz Salsa School”.
Teaching and Dancing Salsa, Bachata, Son, ChaChaCha, Kizomba for 22 years, i finally in 2016, fell in love with Brazilian Zouk, which still is my favorite dance and biggest passion.

I have received and also given lots of individual coaching in Zouk related bodywork, leader/follower skills and improvisation, which I would love to share with You.

Besides dancing I work as professional musician, guitarist & percussionist with 8 CD/albums out on Spotify, YouTube etc.

So, my approach to teach and dance is both technical AND focusing on Musicality.
