Rhythm & Roots is hosting a Country Swing event including competitions, social dancing, and workshops to improve your skillset and level up your dance!October 17, 202610am-7pmBlack Swan Bar & Grill (Hilliard, OH)Tell your friends, share with your go-to swing partner, and grab your dancing shoes! You won’t want to miss this opportunity to improve your foundation, learn new material, and show off your signature moves!Schedule:- 10am check in- Workshops (3) at 10:30am-11:15am, 11:30am-12:15pm, and 12:30pm-1:15pm.- 1:15-2:30pm social dance break / time to change for comps or food break- 2:30-3pm comp warm-up social dance- 3pm comps start- 7pm dance floor open for social swing and line dance all night long!Pricing:- $20 per workshop day of or $50 for all three workshops- $15 per individual competitor for Jack & Jill country swing- $25 per competitor pair for strictly country swingNote. The bar will be open for food and drinks throughout the day, water will also be available!***This is an all ages event until after competitions when the bar becomes 21+***There will be an unofficial pre-party Friday night at Flannagan’s Dublin (6835 Caine Road, Columbus, Ohio) 7pm-midnight. This is a 21+ line dance and country swing dance bar.
