Social Fridays

Avec Dance Club is a teacher-run studio that prioritises classes and progression — the week’s timetable feeds the social night. The school runs progressive 15‑week courses and frequent beginner bootcamps; regular classes include Cuban salsa and West Coast Swing on Mondays and Thursday evenings (Salsa 18:35–20:00, Bachata 20:10–21:35). Kizomba is offered only at improver level unless you join the 2‑weekend beginner immersion. The venue is at Sturenkatu 27 in Vallila and lists opening hours Mon–Fri 17:00–22:00 (closed Sat–Sun).

On Fridays they host the main social/party nights (cover typically around EUR 10–15), so if you want to dance socially come after the evening classes — the floor tends to fill after 20:00. Teachers Omar and Johanna lead much of the teaching and reviews consistently praise the instruction and community.
