𝑺𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒉 𝑬𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒆
Sarah Elise started DJing almost as soon as she started dancing, falling fast and hard for the Blues. She was a regular fixture behind the DJ booth at Boston’s weekly dances for more than 5 years, and can now be seen inspiring and challenging dancers at venues around the Bay Area. She has brought her playful, groovy style all over the country to regional and national blues events, including Mean Old Blues, Blues Muse, Rose City Blues, Mile High Blues, Steel City Blues, Greenville’s Winter Blues, Nocturne Blues, Champagne and Roses, Albany Lindy and Blues, and Boston’s own Sweet Molasses Blues. Sarah Elise knows how to bring the party, and she can’t wait to see you shakin’ that thing out on the floor!

𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒅 𝑱𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔
Starting with Blues and Lindy Hop in 2008, David has traveled for DJing, teaching, and dancing all over the country. He loves traditional blues music, funk, and having conversations with dance partners the most.

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬:
𝑱𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒆 𝑳𝒊𝒏
Jeannie Lin is a shapeshifter dancer who is able to effortlessly adapt, blend, articulate and draw from a myriad of different dance forms and experiences. Her early training included gymnastics, ballet, and modern dance, while her later years included formal study in over 30 styles of partner dance at the Ballroom Dance Teacher's Academy where she graduated with high honors. Now she happily resides in the worlds of fusion and argentine tango, where she weaves in her other dance styles together seamlessly, integrating concepts and creating hybrid movements with grace and fluidity. Recognized for her nuanced and effective teaching style, she's been invited to teach at fusion festivals and workshops across the US and internationally in Europe, Canada, and the UK. Now she lives in Los Angeles where she co-founded LA's first micro-fusion venue, Tiny Dancers, and is currently co-organizing for Angel City Fusion.

Sarah Elise is a dedicated Blues dancer who has a graduate degree in educational pedagogy, and brings her dynamic classroom experience and style to teaching dance. Sarah Elise has taught at local dances and events around the country, including Boston, San Francisco, New York, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Albany, Fort Collins, Pittsburgh, Providence, Seattle, and Phoenix. Always inspired and driven by the music, her grounded, gritty style has brought them national and international recognition.
