Welcome to Salsation – Northern Beaches Famous Monthly Salsa & Bachata Event.

Experience one of Sydney’s best social dance events overlooking Manly Beach from the iconic Steyne Hotel rooftop with over 300 square metres of dance floor, outdoor balcony and bar space.

It’s no wonder this is one of the most fun and popular dance events in Sydney.

Enjoy the complementary Salsa lesson at 7pm with the team from Buena Visa Dance – Cuban Academy and Manly Salsa. There will be two classes with one for beginners and one for intermediate Salsa dancers.

Music to expect: Salsa (both Cuban & LA style), Bachata and some Merengue.
We generally play 3 Salsa to 2 Bachata. Plus Merengue every now and then.

Theme: Cuban Edition – We invite you to wear all white, all colour, or just all out tropical. Let’s celebrate the original birth place of Salsa, Cuban Culture and the beautiful summer coming back to Sydney!

8:50 pm – Rueda Performance by El Moro & his Buena Vista Dance Students
9:00 pm – Selecta Orchestra Performing Live Salsa Music
