👉 This bachata lady styling workshop is designed for women of all levels, focusing on self-expression through dance, combining inner alignment with dance skills.


1️⃣ In the first part of the workshop, we will explore how to align the body and mind to become more aware of our movements and feelings. By focusing on the body, breath, and movement, we will discover how each motion can be a way to release, build confidence, and connect more deeply with our own energy. This approach allows for greater precision, fluidity, and personal expression in dance.
