TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

We are offering a 3-part Teacher Training Program:

Part 1: The Language of Dance (3 hrs)
Part 2: The Theory & Practice of Teaching (10hrs)
Part 3: Dance Apprenticeship (3 months), Invitation only.

Not sure if this is for you? Try the 3 hour Taster Workshop "the Language of Dance" first.

** WHEN:
Fri 2/8, 6.30-9.30pm - Part 1
Sun 11/8, 1-6.30pm - Part 2
Sun 18/8, 1-6.30pm - Part 2 cont.

Part 3 (invitation only) will start mid September.

** COURSE FEE:
Part 1 only: $55 (3hrs)
Part 1 & 2 combined: $240 (13hrs)

** ENROLMENT ESSENTIAL - due to class preparation, numbers will be limited and NO walk-ins allowed.

ABOUT KAREN
Karen is an experienced dance instructor who has mentored teachers now instructing across Australia and overseas in various partner dance styles. Her expertise lay initially in Ballroom and Latin dance where she honed her skills in teaching, choreography, performance, events and studio management, overseeing a dynamic team.

Establishing her own studio later on, Karen broadened her repertoire through international training in Argentine Tango, Salsa, and Brazilian dance forms. She also organized Tango Tours to Buenos Aires, offering immersive cultural experiences alongside dance instruction.

Today, Karen's passion lies in fostering community and nurturing the next generation of dance teachers, and she is excited to bring this offering to the wider community.
