SALSA RHYTHMS DEEP DIVE 8:00 – 9:00Don’t get stuck strictly On1 or On2 – this unique class will have you honing in on CLAVE. the “key” that opens salsa’s doors. All the instruments pivotally pronounce it – the bass, the keys, all that sick percussion, plus melodies, breaks & solos. When you have it you are moving from the same base as the musicians, and feel it’s support & inspiration.
SALSA SOCIAL 9:00 – midnightCelebrating the full spectrum of “salsa” we will get down to jazzy mambo, son, rumba, timba, salsa gorda y romantica, bachata, pachanga, cha-cha-cha because we CAN!$20 class (includes social), $10 social only (drinks & snacks provided) @2502 NE 168th St in Lake Forest Park (98155).
