Dance inspired Yoga

Dance inspired Yoga is a perfect introduction and first step to modern dance and also a nice stretch.
The class is suitable for A+ Yogis and more experienced Yogis and dancers.
Its an intense one hour class where the goal is to have fun and for us to feel stretched and worked out after.
We start with a Yoga flow warm up which will transform to something like a little dance sequence to a varying and inspiring playlist with e.g. classic, alternative, instrumental, tango and ambient music
