20:00 - 21:00: Lambada Workshop (1h, Open Level with pre-knowledge),

14:00 - 18:30: Lambada Workshops (4h, Open Level with pre-knowledge),
20:30 - 21:30: Lambada Workshop (1h, Intermediate/Advanced)
21:30 - 24:00: Social

*If you're not Intermediate or Advanced, we'd ask you to not rotate in the last workshop, but you are welcome to join :) *
Pre-conditions for Friday and Saturday Workshops will be the knowledge of Basic Steps. If you'd like to participate as a beginner, please get in touch with Hellen.

If you're a Br. Zouk dancer, learn how to integrate typical dynamics and structures from Lambada! Lambada is not only the origin of Brazilian Zouk - the more you dig into the Lambada structures, the more you will find out, how much Lambada you actually already dance :)
Learning Lambada will help you with keeping the continuous stepping, continuous head movements, more consiousness about rhythm, and to learn how to stay visually connected in "WiFi".

United for over 8 years to develop and deliver a differentiated artistic work, Mayara & Denis studied Brazilian Ballroom dances and are specialized in Lambada, Brazilian Zouk and Forró. Their Work goes beyond good dance techniques. They believe good results are a sum of physical and mental work, and have a lot to do with self-knowledge, support and good interpersonal relationships.
Therefore, they value technical, playful classes, finding the best balance between learning and having fun.
