Oh yeaaah! It’s Vappu time!!! Another year, another Delicious Afro-Latin Vappu with a Potluck!

Happy people, loads of colors, balloons and lots of sima & munkki! But mostly.... awesome dancing with friends!

I Dance Afro-Latin Vappu parties have always been one of our biggest dance parties with dancers from everywhere uniting for an awesome night of dancing, the perfect start of Vappu! And this time we’ll start with something different!

Spring / Summer is here!
Whether it is an elegant night outfit, or beach wear, it's your call!

18:30-21:00 VAPPU SBK POTLUCK
🎈 Potluck with 1 big Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba Room - an awesome evening combining good food and dancing! See more details on the potluck below!

21:00-01:30* VAPPU PARTY - 2 rooms:
Room 1: SBK Room - Salsa / Bachata / Kizomba adjusted to the Dancers
Room 2: Bachata Room
*party can continue until later if there are many dancers

18:30-21:00 Vappu Potluck
This year Vappu eve starts at 18:30 with a Vappu Potluck (aka nyyttärit)! 🍇 🍓🥙
Note that the doors open at 18:30 and will be closed between 19:00-21:00. Anyone registering to the potluck will get a door code beforehand and can enter till 19:30.

This is an awesome opportunity for all dancers to meet up, share some yummy food and dances. So the idea is that for the potluck everyone that joins either makes something, bakes something or buys something to eat that is shared with others! Although we looove trying yummy homemade treats, we understand that not everyone has time for it so you can also just buy something to share. The most important thing is just to have fun and chill with friends! 🤗 🤗 Come as you are!
This is a super nice way to have a great time with dancers, also outside the dance floor!


IMPORTANT POTLUCK INFO!
👉 Please arrive on time for the Potluck!
👉 Doors are open (or with door code) between 18:30 and 19:00.
👉 If you arrive late the food will be wasted as most people will already be full. So to avoid food waste the Potluck tickets will only be valid for entry between 18:30-19:30.
👉 Only in case you baked or made something at home and are arriving a little bit later due to some circumstances send a WA to Omar +358 50 573 9449 and inform your arrival time so we can let you in.
👉 The doors will be completely closed till the party starts at 21:00.
👉 After 21:00 only access with Party Tickets!
👉 If you had a Potluck Ticket and for some reason couldn't make it in the end you can simply convert your Potluck Ticket at the door to a party ticket.
During the potluck we’ll have 1 big Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba Room between 18:30-21:00.
